Administration/Call Centre Team Leader

We are a busy Market Research company looking for a motivated and energetic individual to learn most aspects of our business.

The successful applicant will be primarily assisting staff conducting market research projects, administrative duties and (after onsite training) acting as a team leader to our call centre of market research interviewers. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of the market research industry and gain unique team leader experience, whilst obtaining a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. Once the traineeship has been completed there will be the possibility of continuing the role.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work to targets and KPIs

  • Commitment, reliability and drive
  • The ability to work on a number of projects and prioritise tasks
  • The ability to work autonomously whilst still operating as part of a team

The suitable applicant will be available to work a varied roster that runs Monday to Saturday, including evening work up to 8.30pm on weekdays.

Duties will include:

  • Reporting to project managers and assisting with all areas of research projects
  • Monitoring call centre staff conducting telephone interviews, providing feedback on performance
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing and general office administrative duties
  • Working towards and completing a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
